We recommend using a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe away any dirt. For our leather styles, a specialized leather cleaner can be used, but always test a small, inconspicuous area first.
How do I determine my correct size?
TKEES generally run true to size; however, they are only available in whole sizes. If you are a half size, we recommend sizing up to ensure the most comfortable fit.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns on all unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?

Are TKEES sandals waterproof?
While our leather sandals can handle light moisture, they are not waterproof. For water-heavy activities like the pool or beach, we recommend our Core or Riley collections which are designed for versatility.
