We want you to love your TKEES, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

Pack and Ship

Place your items in their original TKEES box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
